When you register with BrightPath, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your child's grade level. We collect diagnostic responses submitted through the DCAR™ assessment tool.
We collect payment information through Stripe. BrightPath never stores your full credit card number.
We use your information to deliver the DCAR™ diagnostic, generate clinical reports, send your parent audio guides, and provide the TiB™ learning program. We do not sell your information to any third party. We do not allow advertisers to target you through BrightPath.
Your child's diagnostic responses and learning data are stored securely and used only to generate their roadmap and reports. We do not share your child's data with any third party. You may request deletion of your child's data at any time by contacting us.
All communications are delivered in your registered home language. If you registered in Spanish, all emails, reports, and portal messages arrive in Spanish. You may change your language preference in your portal settings at any time.
