You may cancel your TiB™ subscription at any time through your portal. Go to Account Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
You retain access to your portal and all delivered reports until the end of your paid period. No new sessions are scheduled after cancellation. Your DCAR™ data is retained for 12 months in case you return.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy on the Pricing page. If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact billing@thebrightpathtutors.com within 48 hours of your charge.
You may pause your subscription for up to 30 days once per 12-month period through your portal. Sessions do not accrue during a pause. Your billing date shifts by the length of the pause.
If you cannot afford your subscription, you may apply for Financial Relief through your portal. This provides 50% off for one billing period, available twice per 12 months. This is not a refund. It is a discount.
