You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information at registration. BrightPath reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payment terms and refund policy are described in full on the Pricing page. By subscribing you agree to those terms. The $30 registration fee is never refundable.
All DCAR™ reports, lesson materials, audio guides, and coaching content are the property of BrightPath Education. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
BrightPath is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 90 days preceding any claim.
